Listed my favorite painting today, "Weathering the Storm." The painting has beautiful texture that is hard to capture in photos and prints. Being a original, it is pretty amazing... painterly with a special meaning.

There's a kids art contest going on: Doodle 4 Google. The theme is "If I could do anything I would..." Check them out and vote for your favorite HERE. There are some seriously talented kids out there! It's hard to pick a favorite! Voting is open from May 18, 2010 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) to May 25, 2010 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT).
Some more good stuff for the guys! (But I really like them too!) The Time is Now has a wonderful selection of unique handmade treasures for men and women. Here are just a few of my favorites.
I also really like this cross-stitch silhouette. Seriously, check out the shop for more goodness!

I recently came across the shop of talented artist, Tess Carter. Her paintings are full of life! I love the vibrant colors and freedom of strokes. You can't just look at one; her little fashionista's draw you in and you can't help but look at more. And another cool thing, you get to purchase the original painting for an affordable price! Awesome!
So hurry on over to Tess's shop, Cozy Little Cave to see more! Have fun!

Little worlds created in a toilet paper roll by Anastassia Elias. So fun and imaginative I had to share! Find more scenes and information about this talented artist HERE. (Or just enjoy the photos since most of it is in another language.)

Beautiful and versatile jewelry is found in Tom Bjorn Designs shop. The talented designer stated, "I was born in Russia, Moscow, where I lived for 14 happy years feeling crafty. Next 12 happy years I spent in Israel, where my craftiness though still on the surface was on a standby mode. And here I am in Stockholm - the most beautiful city in the world. It inspires me, gives me feedback and a lot of motivation to crochet, knit, and make other people even happier!" I love the fact that you can use your imagination and figure out new ways of wearing these lovely crocheted necklaces every time you wear them. Not only is the designer creative but the person wearing the lovely finds is encouraged to be creative as well.
Allow your mind to wander when traveling through Tom Bjorn Designs! Enjoy!
